Renew Home Health is hiring a caring, dependable Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes across the Breckenridge area. This is a PRN role, so you take the visits that fit your schedule — helping people with the daily things that keep them comfortable, safe, and independent at home, under the direction of a nurse. What you'll do as a home health aide
Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
Follow each patient's care plan and report changes to the nurse
Offer companionship and a caring, reassuring presence
Record each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

What we're looking for
Home health aide or certified nurse aide (CNA) experience (preferred)
A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
The physical ability to help patients with daily activities
Strong communication skills and a reliable, on-time approach
A caring, patient-first attitude
