Renew Home Health is hiring a dependable, patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to treat patients in their homes across the Granbury area. This is a PRN role, so you take the visits that fit your schedule — carrying out therapy plans under a physical therapist's direction and helping people regain strength and confidence at home. If you want hands-on therapy work with a calendar you help shape, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do as a home health PTA
Guide patients through strengthening and mobility exercises
Follow treatment plans set by the supervising physical therapist
Track progress and report changes to the PT
Teach patients and families safe movement techniques
Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools and report changes to the care team

What we're looking for
Active Texas PTA license in good standing
A degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Strong communication and time-management skills
A caring, patient-first attitude
