Renew Home Health is hiring a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to visit patients in their homes across the Fort Worth area. This is a PRN role, so you take the visits that fit your schedule — assessing patients, delivering skilled care, and keeping each person well between physician visits. What you'll do as a home health RN
Assess patients and update their care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Teach patients and families about their care
Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians
Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools and report changes to the care team

What we're looking for
Active Texas RN license in good standing
At least one year of nursing experience (home health is a plus)
A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Strong communication and time-management skills
A caring, patient-first attitude
