Home Health Account Executive
About the role
TX Recruiting is seeking an experienced Home Health Account Executive for a growing home health provider serving Weatherford and the surrounding area. We're looking for someone who knows the local healthcare market, enjoys building relationships, and understands how to turn those relationships into home health referrals and admissions. What You'll Do - Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources. - Generate new home health referrals and help grow patient census. - Build and manage a strong referral pipeline throughout Weatherford, Parker County, and the surrounding territory. - Educate referral partners on home health services, eligibility, and the benefits of care delivered in the home. - Identify new accounts and opportunities within the territory. - Consistently work toward monthly referral and admission goals. - Partner with the clinical team to help ensure a smooth transition from referral to start of care. What We're Looking For - Home health or hospice sales/account executive experience strongly preferred. - Existing relationships within the Weatherford and greater Fort Worth healthcare market are a major plus. - Proven ability to develop referral sources and generate admissions. - Strong relationship-building and communication skills. - Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
