TX Recruiting is hiring a Home Health Aide for a growing home health provider serving Spring and the surrounding area. This is the kind of role where you see the same faces every week. You learn what your patients like. You notice when something is off. That sort of care is hard to measure, so it often goes unmentioned — but families feel it every single day. What You'll Do as a Home Health Aide - Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily personal care. - Support safe movement around the home, including transfers and walking. - Watch for changes in appetite, mood, skin or mobility, then report them promptly. - Assist with light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation. - Keep clear visit notes, so the nursing team always knows where things stand. - Follow the care plan and speak up when it needs to change. What We're Looking For - A current Texas HHA certification, or completion of a state-approved training program. - Experience in home health, hospice, assisted living or skilled nursing is a plus. - Patience, warmth and steady judgment in somebody else's home. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, because visits are spread across the area. - Comfort working on your own, while staying in close touch with the nursing team.
