About the role
TX Recruiting is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient clinic in Arlington, TX.
In this role, you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to provide hands-on treatment, assist patients with rehabilitation exercises, and help individuals improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working directly with patients, building relationships, and helping people achieve their recovery goals in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.
What we're looking for
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience assisting with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation programs.
- Ability to implement treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to manage patient appointments and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals.
