About the role
TX Recruiting is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic in Arlington, TX.
In this role, you'll work directly with patients to evaluate their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys hands-on patient care, building relationships, and working in a collaborative outpatient setting.
What we're looking for
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
- Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and mobility limitations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a patient caseload and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
